INGREDIENTS 2 pounds processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta) 2 onions, diced 3 tomatoes, chopped 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced 1 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 green bell pepper, diced DIRECTIONS Melt the cheese in the top of a double-boiler over medium heat. Add the onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, red and green bell peppers.
