..Latin Spice Blend Yield: 1/2 cup
2 Tbsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp grated orange peel, dried
1-1/2 Tbsp allspice
1-1/2 Tbsp nutmeg
1-1/2 Tbsp ginger
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp cayenne
Blend all ingredients. Use to season beef, pork or vegetable dishes.
