Lemon Chess Pie 1 tsp. cornmeal 1 tsp. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. grated rind 4 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. lemon juice Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and grated rind. Add eggs, beating after each egg. Add milk, butter and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell.
