Quick Hot Cocoa For One Recipe

Makes 1 serving
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup dry Nestle Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Nestle Toll House Baking Cocoa
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream or miniature marshmallows (optional)
RECIPE METHOD
Combine dry milk, sugar and cocoa in mug or cup; stir in boiling water. Top
with whipped cream before serving.
VARIATION:
FOR COCOA MEXICANA:
Add 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon to dry ingredients. Follow directions above;
stir in 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Omit whipped cream and marshmallows.
