RE: failure notice from BSDMall.com

2007-04-09 Thread Don Witt
James,

We will look into the email issue. I am getting email on a regular basis
for cylogistics and the BSDmall.
I am not sure what the issue on this email is, but I will get it fixed.

We have discussed the order over the phone earlier today and have identified
a plan of action.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Don Witt

2007-04-09 Thread Murray Stokely

There's been a lot of confusion since Daemonnews bought that domain,
so I should point out that FreeBSDMall.com is a separate entity that
sells and supports FreeBSD software and apparel. I'm sorry to hear
about your unfulfilled order.

2006-10-18 Thread Theresa Garner
Hi Adrian,

I'm not sure why bsdmall.com is not answering your emails!

We are FreeBSD Mall, many customers are confused by them.

Hello...

!! Please forward this email to the department involved in
solving this kind of trouble. Thanks in advance. Accept my
apologies for inconvenience if you received this email and
it's not up to you to support me.

Please advise me what to do.
I placed an online order on bsdmall.com on october 8th. I
just wondering about my order status (was it on the way to
me, or still pending, or what ?). So i sent an email to the
same email address from which i have received the order
confirmation.
After repeated mail sendings with mailer daemon errors, i
start to thing about a big hoax where i am the one who lose
:( Please tell me what are my chances to reseive the
package or the money back. If there are any chances.

Sincerely,
Adrian Cristinici
