You do not need neither kernel debugger nor dump.
Load your kernel.full in gdb, then do "list *random_nehemiah_read+0x60'.

I see no way to get that information. The machine never seems to
stop these repeat panics and it always resets. I think I saw it once
and only once

MLINKS is defined in /usr/src/lib/libbsm/Makefile. Also, I just checked on my
12.2 and it looks like it was MFC'd between 12.1 and 12.2. So that part is moot
