I have this bug reproducing itself on at least two servers consistently. Right
now I'm had consistent reproduction of bug during make buildworld -j1 or -j2,
given that I have 4 non-multithreaded cores

I saw https://www.freebsd.org/security/advisories/FreeBSD-EN-24:09.zfs.asc and
I see arc_prune in there so maybe it will be solved with that EN, building now
