Lock up on boot with LS-120 and CURRENT

2003-10-29 Thread Mark Dixon
Hi, Using todays current, I'm finding that FreeBSD locks up completely on boot if I don't have a disk in my LS-120 drive. There is no panic, it just seems to freeze. I have included a dmesg from a boot with a disk in the drive and indicated the point at which it freezes without the disk in.

I just got a panic. As I have never had one before, I don't know what to do. It's on another system so I don't have to reboot immediately (that would solve the problem temporarily, wouldn't it?) if someone would give me some advice, I could try to help debug it; however, as I'm not a coder
