definitely my Tyan S3992-E based box I didn't touch since a while, has
difficulties with recent code; this time I wanted to cross-install from
it on a USB-stick and noticed it didn't work. From dmesg :
ohci early: SMM active, request owner change
found-> vendor=0x1166, dev=0x0223, revid=0
without apparent problems)
