i386 top reporting nan% or inf% WCPU

I recently merged my work in progress tree up to r336665 and built a i386 VM image. Running the image in QEMU (qemu-system-x86_64) and executing 'top' I see the WCPU column reported as either nan% or inf% for all processes. Prior to today I hadn't built or tested i386 in a while, so I am not sure
