to use this feature. can i enable this block?

 It doesn't work for now, and question is if it will ever be enabled
 again as it causes more problems than it solves.

 Don't. It's very frequently broken by *hardware* and not worth the trouble
 in terms of performance.

hmm... but RELENG_4 enable this...
