Bad judgement using chflags

I thought I could clear the .svn directory using chflag -R noschg
/usr/src/.svn/* and..
I screwed up my system for svn checkout of CURRENT.
Live and learn.
Anyway, how do I fix this?

chflags 0 will remove the flags
