Most likely, the removal of src.opts.mk from bsd.opts.mk caused this situation to occur. I’ll try to rectify this ASAP. Please look at http://people.freebsd.org/~imp/patch-queue/init to see if that solves the problem. You can apply the patch, cd src/share/mk and do a make install as root. Then try building devel/qmake4 and see if that solves the problem. In a simplified test case, I was able to reproduce this problem and fix it with that patch, but my VM that I did this in doesn’t have the space to build KDE, so I can’t test this directly.
