I wish to merge UNIX domain socket feature to pccardd from PAO. This
makes pccard related PAO3/ports such as gxcardmon work. This means
you can control your pccard from GUI based application.
It requires introducing inactive state to cardstate in the kernel.

I added output of per battery information to apm(1). To obtain this
information safely, I propose new ioctl APMIO_GETPWSTATUS.
