Two new patches at

2000-04-28 biodone.patch
This patch untangles the biodone/bufdone path. This basically
gives struct bio a separate mechanism for callbacks, which at
the end calls into the struct buf mechanism.
2000-04-28 ccd.patch (Requires biodone.patch)
Convert CCD to struct bio.
