Add me to the list. Culprit is src/usr.bin/file/config.h which
unconditionally defines HAVE_STDINT_H though RELENG_4 is missing it.

FYI I'm seeing the exact same error trying to build -CURRENT under 
4.6-RELEASE (just cvs updated).
