Note, this is NOT fixed in nss 3.62: I've had 2 build failures out of 5
attempts so far when jobs are enabled.

amd64, host 4-core intel skylake cpu, bhyve VM with 4 vCPUs, using poudriere
with ALLOW_MAKE_JOBS=yes, therefore 4 jobs used.
