To sum up, there are 2 problems here:
1). The root cause: After network cable disconnect, the negotiated speed is 10
Mbps in place of 1Gbps.
Notice there are multiple reports of this same 10Mbps

Hi,
Wanted to ask, is it possible to change the RSS Hashing algorithm and
hashing key in FreeBSD?
In Linux, I can use an ethtool utility to control RSS.
