To re-add a deleted port do the following:
E.g. lang/clisp
# mkdir svn-ports
# svn checkout svn://svn.freebsd.org/ports/head svn-ports
# cd svn-port/lang && svn cp
svn://svn.freebsd/org/ports/head/lang/clisp/@{2014-07-01} clisp
