I have a link in /usr/bin to /usr/local/bin/perl and set DEVELLOPER)yes. Only with DEVELOPER=yes, stage-qa states (port desktils/when and only with DEVELOPER=yes). Error: '/usr/bin/perl' is an invalid shebang you need USES=shebangfix for 'bin/when' *** Error code 1
