Since my explanations in the README/LISEZ.MOI are probably less clear than a simple script, I have written it.
get_mk_install.sh (for an Unix like OS; call it like this: $ sh get_mk_install.sh ) will do what is explained in length in the doc: retrieve a bundle, unpack, compiles (in SAVE_SPACE mode), install and generates the dumps and fonts.
