The Makefile has no MAINTAINER line.
Is this deliberate? If so, why?
And who do I contact about a problem building this port?
(Tarball doesn't fetch.)

make maintainer
/postgresql90-client]$ make -V MAINTAINER
pg...@freebsd.org
I am within the maintainer group. Is there an issue?
