Not all that easy to test when you don't use quotas.
It does correctly report "No quota for this user".

p5-Quota we see that the r336017 code added to rpcsvc/rquota.h triggered
the #if defined (EXT_RQUOTAVERS) section of hints/bsd.h causing the
breakage
