I was trying to figure out why ldap-account-manager was missing from the ports on 12 and discovered p5-Quota was marked as broken. Looking at p5-Quota we see that the r336017 code added to rpcsvc/rquota.h triggered the #if defined (EXT_RQUOTAVERS) section of hints/bsd.h causing the breakage
