I confirmed that I couldn't compile security/nss by databases/sqlite3
WITH_GCOV. So I suggest that it should be BROKEN. How about

It seems that starting with the comms/umcs7840 commit, INDEX-8 isn't updated
running portsnap.
for example:
$ ll /usr/ports/sysutils/webmin/Makefile
