Ok i have this port manually upgradet with
cd /usr/ports/textproc/docbook-xsl make deinstall
rm -Rf /usr/local/share/xml/sdocbook/1.1
manually removing this line
nextCatalog catalog=/usr/local/share/xml/sdocbook/1.1/catalog.xml /
in /usr/local/share/xml/catalog.ports
and
CATALOG

! lang/ruby18 (ruby-1.8.5,1)(Makefile broken)
! net/openldap23-client (openldap-client-2.3.27(Makefile broken)
! ftp/curl (curl-7.15.4)(Makefile broken)
! ftp/wget (wget-1.10.2)

I make a portupgrade lang/ruby18 with following results
