On a recently installed machine with 10.1-stable it is not possible to
compile
either samba41, samba4 or samba36.
Please let me know who the maintainers are so I can email a description of
the problems to the appropriate persion.

Had added the gcc lines to make.conf to build with gcc, now commented the
gcc lines
and compiled
