If this is something good, I'll file a pr with it.
CVS Log:
- convert to RUBYGEM_AUTOPLIST
remove x-generate-plist and friends
- use RF macro and remove SUBDIR where possible
- remove some uneeded GEM_NAME=${DISTNAME}
(this c/should be handled better in bsd.*.mk)

I will queue it for exp-run. But cannot guarantee it will run before the
freeze starts.
The only problem with that is that I have lots of 'port updates' for
rubygems-* pending that depend on the AUTOPLIST.
