math/oleo WITHOUT_X11 patch

math/oleo's makefile uses X11 by default, and it didn't seem to have a way to prevent it from including the X11 libs as a dependncy. I created a patch to resolve this by checking if WITHOUT_X11 is defined (in the normal way) and adding the options to CONFIGURE_ENV. -siflus
