Hi Gerald,
is there any possibility to also add something like
USE_FORTRAN_BUILD=[yes|g77|ifort] to make fortran build dependency only?
Many ports will benefit from this - anything, that depend on
math/py-numpy for example.

What is the method in a repository of pkg there to split packages for
difference minor version? At present PACKAGESSITE set to
http://pkg.freebsd.org/${ABI}/latest, where $ABI forming URL on 9.0 or
9.1/amd64 into http://pkg.freebsd.org/freebsd:9:x86:64/latest/
How it is possible to specify
devel/pcre fails on ia64 portscluster because defaults
include JIT:

This patch fixes it. I checked
it on my own ia64 boxes:

Hi!
I installed VLC 2.0.3 on FreeBSD 9.1-RC1 #0 (clang) and it works very good but
I don't know how installed plugins for Opera and Firefox. I search for
vlcplugin.so as I had on earlier version (1.?) but I didn't find it.
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.

Actually, I see no reason for having JIT in options at all, as it only
provides additional functions, there is no signifficant difference in
size and the port license doesn't change. I have simply enabled it
anywhere besides sparc64 and ia64.
