ollowing script. I added fsck, inspired from the gbde section of the
handbook:
geli attach -k /root/ad5s4f.key /dev/ad5s4f
fsck -p -t ffs /dev/ad5s4f.eli
mount /dev/ad5s4f.eli /backup
Geli is awesome in my experience for slices and swap.

Hello All,
I am considering switching to Verizon DSL in the

didn't find anything specific to this area. How long

Hello list,
I am running 4.7 Stable #5, from 11/17/2002. I
downloaded the Open Office package for 4.7-stable.
Ahead of time, I installed the port dependencies for
the Open Office port (jdk13, etc.)
Upon executing openoffice, I see:

Hello list,
I am trying to install Open Office via the port on
FreeBSD 4.7-Stable #5, from a make world on

Make yields the following error message. I installed
almost all the port dependencies (jdk 13, openmotif,
bison, etc.) in advance, before typing

Thank you in advance,

Hello,
My make buildworld keeps failing in
/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/texinfo. This desktop has been
updated with cvsup and make worlds since 4.1-Release
with very few problems until today.
Thank you in advance!
