if you mean auto reply if you are using sendmail... you just have to make a file named .vacation in the home directory of the user. say for example.. you want to configure the email account user1 to automatically send a response to every email it recieves, go to the user's home directory

RAS for FreeBSD

I've just finished rebuilding my FreeBSD 4.7 Release to FreeBSD 4.8 Stable. The upgrading process went out fine. I have also updated the ports collection. My problem is regarding the installation of some ports. I ussually recieve the following error messages :

Hi, Im using FreeBSD 4.7 Stable in my NEC Versa Note laptop. The Video card is Neomagic Magic Graph 128 XD. My xserver works very fine before when I was still using it's LCD display monitor but when I connected it to a CRT monitor (NEC Multisync xv14) , it displays a message that INPUT IS OUT
