I'd like to purchase a blade enclosure with SAN
storage. What systems like these are recommended with
FreeBSD?
Please comment on:
HP c-class enclosure -- will some/all of the
management features work? if I use hp tools (requires
compat5) and linux compat, would I get all/most
functionality?
Is
, that is, use
% xset fp+ /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType
% xset fp rehash
or add a FontPath line to the XF86Config file.

Get faster connections

www.XFree86.org, or edit the XFConfig86 file after the install like I
did.
Using 'ati' might also help with modeline, I'm not sure. Modeline
worked ok for me.

It didn't matter. My mailer mangled it anyway. The sysinstall fdisk will do
what you need to do. You delete the extended partition and then use what is
left as a FreeBSD slice.
OK, but the sysinstall fdisk has a Change Type option
the SYSINSTALL/FDISK Delete
option on the Partition and then create a new partition/slice
instead of Change Type?
If SYSINSTALL's FDISK program will not do what I need can you
direct me to a tool can I use to change the EXTENDED partition
to a PRIMARY partition?
