ps2 moused freezing while accessing Qonquor.

Hello, I have problems with PS2 moused when acccsing quonqor. the mouse freeze while moving the mouse. it happens every 5 to 10 minutes. I have to Kill -HUP `cat /var/run/moused.pid. The mouse works again after doing kill -hup. What is the reason causing the mouse freezed? How do I prevent this?
