Help using setenv as a restricted user

Hi, I'm trying to use *setenv* command as a non-root user. But I get the following error setenv: not found. However when I do the same as root it works well. I'm using tcsh and FreeBSD 7.0 There's a way to use it as a restricted user? I mean avoiding the su command and so on. Thanks, -- Robe

Upgrading firefox 1.5 to 2.0
