In ports I found why I not find pkg:

I tryed to setup hylafax fax server with Acorp internal modem with
conexant-RH56D-PCI chip set.
I installed from ports hylafax and try to setup it:
fax# faxsetup
Setup program for HylaFAX (tm) 4.2.5.
