I haven't found a way, no mention of it. Pretty
old BIOS. Went to HP's site, d/l the last one
one they had (even it was old) flashed it.
Still pretty old comparatively.
As for the dmesg errors, yeah, I guess I'll have
to ignore them. I've tried

1. Can't use ACPI on here. Machine not capable, apparently.
Hence, the following:
In my BIOS, I can enable and disable ACPI. (IBM PC 300GL).
Could it be just that ACPI is disable in BIOS?
