Mutt weirdness

I did portupgrade -ar last night. When I tried to use mutt this morning, it was behaving weirdly. Mutt wasn't one of the upgrades. Anything involving the display at the bottom of the mutt screen doesn't work. If I type c to change the mailbox, nothing happens. If I type d, I can mark a mail
