Network Card question

2002-11-13 Thread Darryl Hoar
Greetings, I have Freebsd 4.7-release installed on my computer. The ISP just came and installed DSL and provided a Allied Telesyn simple ethernet PCI NIC (PN AT-2400T-001). Freebsd did not recoginize it on boot. How do I get FreeBSD to recognize this card, so I can start using my DSL ? thanks,

I did not see an unkown device message on boot. dmesg did not show it either. What is the next step in the diagnostic process? % dmesg | grep Ethernet To Unsubscribe: send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe freebsd-questions in the body of the message
