Hello Mihail, Try to re-burn your netcard. Disable PnP and set up I/O port and IRQ properly. For instance, I/O range assign to 220h-etc... in that way not to conflict with other hardware on your system of course. I had the same problems with Intel netcards. Re-burning and getting rid of PnP shit h
