/etc/rc.conf:
hostname="fully_qualified_domain_name_of_machine"

/etc/hosts:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx         fully_qualified.domain.name     www

The ServerName directive(s) were already setup in my httpd.conf in the
VirtualHosts.

127.0.0.1    localhost.xxx.com localhost
1.1.1.1      www.xxx.com www

and last you can do this in httpd.conf file
ServerName www.xxx.com
Now Reboot Your computer!
