Yes, if you installed from disk, you got what was on the disk. You need to cvsup your ports collection, then install Opera from the port. If you aren't familiar with that, read Chapter 4 of the FreeBSD handbook. See http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/ports-using.html
