Samba Install on BSD 5.4

Folks, I have downloaded the latest Samba file from samba site. I have unzipped the file and have configured it as requested. Anyone out there installed Samba on Free BSD 5.4. Please indicate any problem that I will encounter and any issues with Samba. Thanks, VJ
