For anyone else wondering here is how the problem was solved. put the patch (name doesn't matter it just does them in alphabetical order into the /work/qmail-1.03 directory. Did a make patch, which resulted in an error but after editing the Makefile the compile worked fine. Thanks everyone for

Here's the story... I'm trying to compile qmail-mysql with a new patch that I have found. We've got a test mail server set up explicitly for trying this. Did some googling and asked a question on here earlier about how exactly you get a patch to compile with the ports collection. The answer was
