squid (in the ports) is designed to do this kind of thing. Apache is also capable, but I've heard rumors that it's not as efficient as a proxy as a dedicated proxy program (such as squid). If I understand your diagram correctly, what you're really looking for is called a "reverse proxy", so you'll have considerable luck searching for documentation using that term. Good luck.
