vinum-booting is working?

Hi all, just read the 5.1-release notes and I'm not sure what the line The root file system can now be located on a vinum(4) volume. really means. Is it now possible to boot from a degraded 5 plex or a mirror? I'd greatly appreciate any link. Best regards, -Harry
