You should probably manually point your nic to use 10baseT:
ifconfig ed0 xxx.xxx.xxx netmask xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx media 10baseT/UTP up

ipfilter and bandwidth

Hi

Does ipfilter allow bandwidth limitation like ipfw does?
And what the difference between them?
What the chain is more preferrable: ipfw/natd or ipfilter/ipnat (ipfw
supports bandwidth control)
