Doublecheck your cvs tags in the supfile and try again. As for 2nd issue, methinks the kernel gets built from the source code under /usr/obj during buildworld...mergemaster sequence. That may explain the second. As for the first, my tag is RELENG_4_6, and it downloaded a lot
