I'm looking tool for freebsd that allows user to change their password
without access to server. If there are any? We're running mail server with
nologin account and would like to let users change their password. From www
would be preferred way. And possibly to change their .forward file

I'm running production servers with 5.4 now and wondering if this is all I
need to do when upgrading to 6.1:
1. change RELENG_5_4 to 6_1 and cvsup sources.
2. make buildworld
3. make buildkernel KERNCONF=filename
4. make installkernel KERNCONF=filename
5. reboot to single user
6. mergemaster -p
for the exact steps
and extra things you need to do.

I have 7-CURRENT-SNAP009 on one testing computer and I'd like to update it
to latest 7 sources. So can it be done via cvsup or how can update sources
to latest? RELENG_7 seems to just delete everything with cvsup...

It might work day or two fine with DMA mode on but then system halts on

I tried to upgrade 5.2 to 5.5 and buildworld, buildkernel and installkernel
went just fine. reboot didn't. It halts on this with new kernel:

set it 1 or 2 imap stops responding (timeouts). Dovecot imap and freebsd 5.4.
So. What could be case here?

localhost instead of real hostname and dovecot didn't answer there. So. You

files. What I'd like to is convert them either to vcd or svcd and then
make them dvd with simple menu. Which softwares I need for this?

I have domain configured so *.domain.tld are A record to same IP. Now
I have apache vhosts so www.domain.tld and domain.tld goes to apache
data dir and webmail.domain.tld goes to webmail data dir.
Problem is howto forward those all others to certain directory. s it
possible to make *.domain.tld
I have problems with Azureus 2.2.0.2 (from ports). It shutdowns
without any error message on logs or anything. Sometimes it runs for
hour sometimes a day and few times even for a week. But then suddenly
it just dissappears with no warning. Anybody have idea what could be
wrong?

that causes dma timeouts? mostly those problems in burning dvd-images
that I was asking yesterday. because in some puter on same drives and
all same hardware I had no problems on windows xp or linux

from that drive to another. It hangs on same 3.2GB then too. with dma
timeout. so it has really nothing to do with dvd-burner drive nor
atapicam.

Allmost 50% of burns are failing with same error. (same images works
sometimes and sometimes not). on windows I have never trouble (no
single bad burn with same computer, same dvd+r drive and same media).

I can't get flash player working on firefox anyway. (fbsd 5.4-beta1
and ff 1.0.2). I tired install ports www/flashplugin-firefox,
www/flashpluginwrapper and www/linuxpluginwrapper. none of them
succesfully. about:plugins in firefox won't show flash and flash sites

I can't do make clean on ports because it cannot remove
/usr/ports/databases/php5-sqlite/work directory or any directories
under it. All directories are empty, but rm -rf reports Directory not
empty for them. ls -lo says - for all flags... This happened after
