regarding the ip config, you could type: ipconfig /all | more or ipconfig /all >out.txt In the second way you'll find the configuration in out.txt

On Windows NT, 2000, 2003 the interpreter is called "cmd.exe". However, "command.exe" also present on the newer systems, for compatibility reasons. command.exe is a 16 bit program. cmd.exe is a 32bit program.
