Hello, I have the same problem listed below with the tk84 port install, which is a dependency of the R-2.0.1 port. FreeBSD ..ucla.edu 5.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE #0: Fri Nov 5 04:19:18 UTC 2004 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386 Has anyone solved this problem? Given that this problem is several months old, it may be that your installation is out of date as well ... has anyone seen this? fresh install of freebsd5.2.1, ports tree is cvsupp'd,

i've been trying to compile kde on this box for a couple of days now, and i keep
hitting these random errors...
any advice appreciated
